About

In Kharkiv, when a building is attacked, standard emergency services often cannot enter immediately. The specialized Emergency Response Team from Resources ERT does. The team reaches dangerous sites to provide advanced medical care, bridging the critical gap between injury and survival. This emergency response experience is the core of its civilian training. Resources ERT doesn't just teach theory; it empowers individuals with field-tested, certified skills its teams use in the most challenging environments, including emergency medical care, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Stop the Bleed.

Noel's Comments

As I expanded my network to identify the most effective responders, I met Serhii in 2025. I was immediately struck by the sheer impact of his small volunteer team. They operate in Kharkiv, responding to multiple emergency calls in difficult conditions and pulling civilians from the rubble. Together with Mriya 1654, Resources ERT fills a critical gap that the state cannot fully cover. They are a vital piece of civilian emergency response, and their work directly saves lives.

Through air raids, at night, in burning buildings and damaged infrastructure — often without power. Massive-bleed control, tourniquets, stabilisation, civilian evacuation, support for fire and police crews, and carrying people with limited mobility out of harm's way. The work didn't pause when the sirens did.
