Resources ERT

Rapid Emergency Response Team operating onsite after Russian airstrikes in Kharkiv & Dnipro

About

In Kharkiv, when a building is attacked, standard emergency services often cannot enter. The specialized Emergency Response Team from Resources ERT does. The team goes where others can't to provide advanced, life-saving medical care, bridging the critical gap between injury and survival. This frontline experience is the core of its civilian training. Resources ERT doesn't just teach theory; it empowers individuals with the same field-tested, certified skills its teams use in the most challenging environments, including Tactical Medicine (TCCC), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Stop the Bleed.

Noel's Comments

As I expanded my network to identify the most effective responders, I met Serhii in 2025. I was immediately struck by the sheer impact of his small volunteer team. They operate in cities that endure multiple emergency calls every single night, pulling civilians from the rubble. Together with Mriya 1654, Resources ERT fills a critical gap that the state cannot fully cover. They are a vital piece of the frontline emergency response, and their work directly saves lives.
